I'm sick, tired, every day the media bombard me with false and tendentious news!

I go, or rather, I look out the window of my house, I see you rant, promise, getting on mighty horses and pose as champions of anything and who knows who. I'm not from the powerful, and much less on the side of those who listen. I abhor the fool who looks like her from the bottom up just because it speaks from a pulpit that church, politics, etc.. I can not stand the show at all costs.

stop, look inside first, and eliminate the superfluous, and I do not mean much to the material, concrete, but rather to all the trappings, the mountains of beliefs, stereotypes, etc. that stifle our spirit, our true essence!
